Cancellation Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you reserve a spot by prepaying, it ensures that you are guaranteed a spot for that particular event. There are no refunds given for cancellations. However, cancellations made within 15 days of your scheduled event date will be given a 50% credit towards a future event and the remaining 50% will be assessed as a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within seven days of your scheduled event date will not receive any credit.
Please note we run rain or shine. Some of the best teaching and learning can be done in wet conditions. However if BGPR deems the weather and/or amount or rain would cause a dangerous environment you will be given a credit for another event.

We collect your personal information (i.e. name, address, e-mail, and telephone number) to accurately record your purchases. We may contact you from time to time about your account, to conduct market research, and surveys in an effort to continually improve our product and service offerings or to advise you of a change to programs, schedules, or new program offerings. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information.
